ALL orders take 24-36 hours for processing BEFORE they are dispatched.

ALL orders are shipped to the salon FIRST for final inspection to ensure there are no flaws or imperfections with your order. After we final inspect, we will contact you via email to proceed with shipping with a tracking number. Please have a correct phone number and email so we can contact you. Processing of orders take 7-10 business days and shipping can take 1-3 business days depending on the carrier. ALL SHOP NOW, PAY LATER ORDERS (KLARNA OR ZIP) can take up to 12 business days, as we do not get your payment until 5 days after your order is placed.

If there is a delay we will notify you but we are not responsible for any delays; we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking info is sent.
