Return + Exchange Policy

Due to the fact that we give a final inspection to ALL orders, we do not accept any refunds or exchanges for any reason. This policy goes for ALL products sold under Pur Hair Extensions LLC.

*Cancellations-if you need to cancel an order it must be canceled within 24 hours of your purchase.

*Orders processed using KLARNA or ZIP cannot be canceled/refunded or exchanged once the order is made.
